SCOPE OF SERVICES....
The Consultancy Firm agrees to provide immigration consultancy services to assist the Client with their immigration process to Portugal. These services may include but are not limited to visa application assistance, document preparation, and legal guidance on immigration matters with the help of hired attorneys.
CLIENT Responsibilities..
The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information to the Consultancy Firm, cooperate with requests for documentation and information, and adhere to all instructions provided by the Consultancy Firm throughout the immigration process.
Limitation of Liability....
The Consultancy Firm shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the Client arising from errors or omissions in the information provided by the Client, changes in immigration laws or regulations, delays in processing by immigration authorities, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Consultancy Firm.
DISCLAIMER..
The Consultancy Firm makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcome of the Client's immigration process. The Consultancy Firm cannot guarantee the approval of any visa application or the successful outcome of any immigration matter.
PAYMENT TERMS
The Client agrees to pay the Consultancy Firm the agreed-upon fees for the immigration consultancy services provided. Fees are due in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the Consultancy Agreement signed by both parties.
Confidentiality*
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information exchanged during the course of the immigration consultancy services. This includes personal information provided by the Client and proprietary information belonging to the Consultancy Firm.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction..
These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
Amendment & Termination*
The Consultancy Firm reserves the right to amend these terms of service at any time. Notice of any changes will be provided to the Client. Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice to the other party.
Entire Agreement*
These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between the Consultancy Firm and the Client with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
